- Lead shift production operations to meet daily targets/KPIs.
- Handle mold/tool changeovers, mechanical adjustments, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning to ensure optimal machine performance.

- Handle mold/tool changeovers, mechanical adjustments, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and SOPs in direct coordination with the QC team.
- Manage shift inventory, raw material consumption, waste control, and follow up on quality complaints/NCRs.
- Oversee clean shift handovers, reporting production figures, and escalating any operational deviations or equipment issues to the Production Manager.
- Schedule manpower, allocate shift resources, and ensure team adherence to company policies and training plans.
- Address shift concerns and review employee issues with management.
- Maintain strict health, safety, and SOP compliance across the shift.
- Implement and enforce 5S standards on the shop floor.
- High School Diploma or 2 years technical degree.
- Knowledge of plastics injection molding equipment, processes and control systems
- Required are at least three years of hands-on experience in blow or injection molding, setups, troubleshooting and process improvement
- People management
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Operation System
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to communicate with others in English
- Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours
- High level of energy
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts, call out, weekends and overtime (if required)
