Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Milling Programmer & Operator role located in Jeddah. The role involves programming CNC milling machines based on technical drawings and engineering specifications, setting up machines, selecting tools, and running production jobs to achieve accurate and efficient output. Daily tasks include loading and securing work pieces, monitoring machine operations, making adjustments to programs and offsets, and performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
The CNC Milling Programmer & Operator will inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy, document production activities, and collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to optimize machining processes and meet production targets. The role also requires adherence to safety procedures and maintenance of a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents; strong understanding of tolerances and dimensions.
- Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming of milling operations using relevant software and machine controllers.
- Hands‑on experience in Machining and Milling, including machine setup, tool selection, and operation of CNC milling machines.
- Knowledge of basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality inspection using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work on‑site in Jeddah, follow production schedules, and collaborate effectively with a manufacturing team.
- Relevant technical diploma or certificate in machining, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering; prior experience in metal manufacturing is preferred.
