We are in need of an experienced Indian Baker to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, and other desserts. You will also be responsible for creating new recipes, maintaining inventory and ensuring quality and freshness of all products.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as a Baker, preferably in a professional bakery setting. Strong knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients is essential. Additionally, candidates must have excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$. Accommodation will not be provided but candidates with their own visa are preferred. This position is open to both male and female applicants.

• Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
• Create new recipes and experiment with different flavors
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all baked goods
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Follow proper food safety standards at all times
• Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to develop new products or improve existing ones

• Previous experience working as a Baker in a professional bakery environment
• Strong knowledge of different baking techniques, measurements, ingredients, etc.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
