U.S. citizenship is required. Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance (DoD Secret) is required prior to the start date.
What You Will Do- Support the Deep Maintenance and Refurbishments (DMR) Program and participate in the improvement and repair of RSADF Patriot systems function.
- Provide technical assistance to existing customer personnel in performing preventive maintenance, checks, adjustments and system integration and checkout (SICO) of Patriot major end items equipment.
- Isolate malfunctions in the system using automatic and semiautomatic program maintenance diagnostics, unit self test, BITE and external test equipment.
- Perform repair of Patriot ECS, RS and LS and provide technical assistance in maintaining Patriot power generation equipment and communications equipment.
- Prepare and maintain records pertaining to equipment failures and submit maintenance reports and system problem reports (SPRs) to the battery commander.
- Participate in on the job training (OJT) programs and assist the section officer in enforcing safety policies, procedures, and standards.
- Identify faulty work practices and demonstrate proper maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
- Perform other related duties as required or directed by the section officer.
- At least four years' experience supporting the Patriot Configuration II/III radar equipment.
- Demonstrated experience in the technical support and operations of ECS, RS, and LS at the organizational level.
- Ability to perform DM and preventive maintenance for ECS, RS, and LS.
- Ability to implement and install approved ECPs on equipment.
- Ability to perform depot level diagnostic, fault isolation, cleanup, and repairs for Patriot major end items (MEIs).
- Proficient in troubleshooting, isolating, and correcting malfunctions in the Patriot system using program maintenance diagnostics, unit self tests, and built in test equipment (BITE).
- Utilize system diagnostics, built in test equipment (BITE), software, and external test equipment available at the organizational, intermediate, and depot levels to isolate and troubleshoot system faults.
- Functionally verify that MEIs perform to specified standards and perform testing, system integration, and checkout (SICO) of modified equipment.
- Experience using ECS troubleshooting software aids such as Status Monitor.
- Provide technical assistance in maintaining the Patriot power generation equipment and communications equipment as required.
- Skillful use of tools and test equipment contained in the Battery Maintenance Center (BMC).
- Experience in on the job training programs and assistance in enforcing safety policies, procedures, and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to identify faulty work practices and demonstrate proper maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience preparing maintenance reports and Patriot failure reports (SPRs).
- Successfully completed the U.S. Army Patriot Operator and System Mechanic Course for MOS; 24T/14E, 140E or equivalent instruction under the auspices of the U.S. Army Air Defense School or the Patriot Missile System Contractor.
- U.S. citizenship and a transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance prior to the start date.
- Ability to obtain a Saudi Arabia work visa.
- Field engineer experience with military training in Patriot Configuration II/III Air Defense systems at the organizational level.
- Experience with Department of the Army Modification Work Order (DAMWO) installations, including system integration and checkout.
- Knowledge and experience in launcher modification upgrade M902.
- Fiber optic/RF cable troubleshooting and repair expertise.
- Understanding and knowledge of military communications systems and encryption devices.
- Experience working and communicating with a Middle East customer.
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with 4 years of related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of related experience.

Salary range: $66,000 - $130,000 USD (good faith estimate).
