- Perform mechanical repair, refurbishment, modification, welding and fabrication activities for machinery and equipment
- Operate machine shop equipment such as lathe, milling machine, shaper, planer, drill press, grinders and band saw
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to established maintenance standards and procedures
- Inspect and maintain workshop equipment, special tools and spare equipment in good working condition
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability activities together with the Maintenance team
- Ensure proper workshop housekeeping and comply with HSE, GMP, 5S, HACCP and food safety requirements
- Technical diploma/certificate in Mechanical Trade, Turning, Welding or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in machine shop, welding and mechanical maintenance activities, preferably within Food/FMCG or a similar industrial environment
- Hands-on experience in arc welding, gas welding and argon/TIG welding
- Experience operating lathe, milling, drilling, grinding and other machine shop equipment
- Knowledge of mechanical components, drives, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and lubrication
- Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of SAP and MS Office is an advantage
- Business-level English proficiency
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate
- Strong hands-on mechanical and troubleshooting skills
