Production Designer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Designer to manage artwork preparation for printing and fabrication, while supervising the digital fabrication department (laser cutting, CNC routing, and related machines).

The ideal candidate must be strong in time management, accuracy, and prioritization, and capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines without errors.

1. Artwork & File Preparation

• Receive customer files and review them for accuracy, dimensions, materials, and print/fabrication suitability
• Prepare and adapt files for:
• UV printing
• Laser cutting/engraving
• CNC routing
• Ensure all files follow internal production guidelines and machine requirements
• Detect and correct errors before production to avoid rework and delays

• Design required artwork when customer files are incomplete or unavailable
• Propose technical solutions that improve production efficiency and quality
• Coordinate with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure feasibility

• Organize daily and weekly workloads
• Set priorities clearly and meet deadlines consistently
• Track job status and communicate progress or risks in advance
• Reduce bottlenecks and prevent production delays

• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Illustrator
• CorelDRAW

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
