Back End Operator

The Back End Operator at CROWN KSA is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of back-end machinery and equipment ensuring the production of high-quality products

• Operate and monitor back-end production machinery including but not limited to can fillers seamers and palletizers according to established procedures and safety guidelines
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished products identifying and addressing any defects or non-conformities
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning lubrication and basic troubleshooting of equipment
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain optimal production speeds and product quality
• Load and unload materials and products from machinery ensuring proper material handling and storage
• Complete production logs and reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment PPE
• Communicate effectively with team members supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth production flow
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with machine operation.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
