Middle East Mattress Factory Co licensee of Sealy Inc USA is seeking a results-driven Production Operations Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing workflows at our plant in Jeddah Saudi Arabia
. This role is vital for maintaining high quality safety standards and peak manufacturing efficiency across our premium bedding lines
The Operations Supervisor will manage day-to-day manufacturing floor operations coordinate multi-cultural production crews and leverage ERP infrastructure to hit daily targets The ideal candidate brings an engineering mindset strong leadership capabilities and specialized experience in manufacturing systems
Key Responsibilities- Floor Supervision Coordinate assign daily shifts and monitor technicians and line operators to safely achieve production quotas
- Workflow Optimization Manage operational directives on the floor to maximize machinery output e g automated sewing pocket spring lines tape-edge machines
- System Tracking Utilize Odoo ERP Manufacturing and Inventory modules to trace materials process logs and track shift performance metrics
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with maintenance procurement and logistics teams to mitigate raw material shortages and plan scheduled downtime
- Quality amp Safety Assurance Uphold stringent safety protocols and corporate quality benchmarks across all production lines
Education:
Minimum Bachelor s Degree (preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant environment (bedding, mattress, or specialized high-volume textile production preferred).
ERP & Technical
Skills:
Operational proficiency using Odoo ERP software modules along with strong mechanical/industrial problem-solving capabilities.
Language
Skills:
Professional fluency in written and spoken English is strictly required to lead a diverse workforce. Conversational command of Arabic or Hindi is a strong advantage for floor communication.
Location:
Must currently reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (On-Site role). Target Nationalities:
