Job DescriptionWe are hiring 5 PM Operators for a tissue manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. Candidates should have 3–5 years of tissue manufacturing experience, preferably with high-speed tissue machines operating at 1,800–2,000 MPM, machine operations, troubleshooting, and quality control.
Job Responsibilities- Operate and monitor tissue paper machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and grade changes according to operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot production issues, including web breaks and sheet instability.
- Monitor creping blade operations and maintain stable machine performance.
- Read process trends and identify operational deviations.
- Conduct quality tests and ensure products meet required specifications.
- Monitor machine parameters and support production targets.
- Identify operational risks and follow industrial safety procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain operating records and follow shift handover procedures.
- 3–5 years of experience in tissue manufacturing.
- Experience with high-speed tissue machines operating at 1,800–2,000 MPM is preferred.
- Technical diploma in Paper Technology or an equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
- Technical experience in machine start-ups, shutdowns, grade changes, and troubleshooting during production operations.
- Knowledge of web breaks, sheet instability, creping blade operations, process trends, and operating procedures.
- Ability to maintain product quality specifications and perform quality tests on high-speed machines.
- Ability to identify operational risks and comply with safety standards.
- Experience with Valmet, Andritz, or Toscotec machines is preferred.

Monthly Gross Salary: SAR 3,500–4,500.
