Machine Operator

Qumreya Company is a facilities management provider serving public and private sector clients across Saudi Arabia. The company focuses on professional service delivery, understanding client requirements, and providing practical solutions. We are seeking a Machine Operator to support reliable operations at our Jeddah location.

The successful candidate will operate and monitor assigned machinery safely and efficiently, follow work instructions, and help maintain equipment and production or service continuity.

• Operate machinery according to approved procedures, schedules, and safety requirements.
• Inspect machines before, during, and after operation; identify unusual sounds, performance issues, or defects.
• Adjust operating controls and settings within authorized limits to meet work requirements.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance, and report repair needs promptly.
• Monitor output and product or service quality, documenting readings, checks, and completed work.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and housekeeping standards, including use of required protective equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to support smooth handovers and timely completion of tasks.

This is an on-site role in Jeddah. The operator is expected to work carefully, maintain accurate records, and contribute to dependable facilities and operational services for clients.

• Practical ability to operate and monitor industrial, maintenance, or facilities-related machinery.
• Understanding of operating instructions, equipment controls, and basic machine safety procedures.
• Ability to conduct visual inspections and recognize abnormal operation or equipment faults.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and sound judgment about when to stop equipment and elevate an issue.
• Competence in routine equipment cleaning and basic preventive maintenance tasks.
• Attention to detail when checking output, recording readings, and completing shift or maintenance logs.
• Commitment to safe work practices, housekeeping, and use of personal protective equipment.
• Reliable teamwork, clear communication, and ability to follow supervisor instructions.
• Physical ability to perform the tasks required in an operational environment.
