Production Labor

Qumreya Company provides facilities management and maintenance services across Saudi Arabia, supporting clients in both public and private sectors. The company emphasizes professional service delivery, understanding client requirements, and providing practical solutions.

We are seeking a dependable Production Labor team member to support hands-on production and facility operations in Jeddah.

In this role, you will help maintain an orderly, safe, and productive work environment while completing assigned tasks to quality and schedule expectations.

• Assist with routine production, preparation, handling, and movement of materials and supplies.
• Follow supervisors’ instructions and established procedures to complete daily work accurately and on time.
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized, and report damage or operating concerns.
• Observe workplace safety practices and use assigned protective equipment appropriately.
• Support the team with loading, unloading, sorting, packing, and other operational duties as required.
• Coordinate respectfully with coworkers and supervisors to meet production and service needs.

This is a hands-on, on-site position suited to a reliable worker who is comfortable with physical tasks and can adapt to changing operational priorities.

• Ability to perform manual work, including standing for extended periods and lifting or moving materials safely.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and consistent follow-through on assigned tasks.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions, safety rules, and basic work procedures.
• Careful handling of tools, equipment, products, and supplies.
• Willingness to keep work spaces clean, organized, and free of avoidable hazards.
• Teamwork and clear, respectful communication with supervisors and coworkers.
• Flexibility to assist with different production and facility support duties as operational needs change.
• Previous production, labor, warehouse, or facilities support experience is an advantage.
