Philip Morris KSA Trading Company is looking for a Social Media & Digital Activation Specialist to join the Commercial Operations team, reporting to the Manager Events and Unconventional TPs.
Responsibilities- Create and manage engaging, locally relevant digital content to support LAMP (HORECA) initiatives and event activations in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
- Oversee social media trend monitoring, manage Google Maps listings, and build relationships with local collaborators and digital media partners to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop and produce social media content (posts, reels, highlights, stories) for LAMP (HORECA) and event activations.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with local audiences.
- Maintain a dashboard to monitor social media trends in Saudi Arabia.
- Analyze insights to identify opportunities for engagement and content optimization.
- Create culturally relevant content based on trend analysis for product launches and brand activities.
- Identify and connect with local key opinion leaders, creators, and collaborators to amplify brand presence.
- Manage and update Google Maps listings for product availability and contracted LAMP locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with local digital media platforms and content aggregators to enhance reach and visibility.
- KSA National
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media content creation and digital marketing.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong understanding of Saudi cultural trends and digital landscape.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and dashboard management.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Familiarity with Google Maps listing management.
- Previous experience in event activation and brand campaigns is an advantage, including influencer marketing and local content partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
