PR & Influencer Activation Manager KSA — Kenvue
We’re looking for an experienced PR & Influencer Activation Manager to lead our local PR, media relations, and influencer marketing activities in Saudi Arabia. The role reports to the Head of Brand and Shopper Activation and will be based in Jeddah.

Responsibilities- Lead the execution of all local PR, media relations, and influencer marketing activities across the market, ensuring best‑in‑class brand visibility and advocacy.
- Act as the market’s on‑the‑ground expert for storytelling, press engagement, and influencer partnerships.
- Work closely with the Regional Marketing team for RAMET (Dubai) to align local activations with regional strategy, messaging frameworks and brand priorities.
- Own end‑to‑end influencer program execution & creator partnerships, including negotiating contracts, tracking delivery, overseeing budgets and ensuring alignment with brand needs.
- Manage ongoing influencer partnerships and long‑term ambassador programs.
- Act as the key point of contact between Kenvue and the PR & Influencer agency, keeping execution fast, clear, and consistent.
- Guide execution plans and ensure they reflect each brand’s marketing and communication goals.
- Amplify integrated campaigns that spark conversation, drive engagement, and build cultural relevance.
- Set clear goals, brand rules, content expectations and KPIs for influencers and creators; track performance, ROI and campaign outcomes, delivering insights to optimise future campaigns.
- Oversee earned influence programmes, including seeding and product send‑outs to creators and community voices.
- Partner with the Media team to strengthen local ties with Tik Tok, Meta, You Tube and other platforms, securing visibility, support and access to new tools.
- Execute the PR strategy in the market, aligned to regional strategic direction and brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local journalists, editors, media platforms, and key opinion leaders.
- Manage local press office activities, including press releases, media alerts, press kits, and product seeding.
- Identify opportunities for media interviews, features, expert commentary opportunities and event attendance.
- Plan and execute local PR events, influencer gatherings, product launch moments, and experiential activations, ensuring influencer attendance, content capture and post‑event amplification.
- Ensure event storytelling aligns with regional brand direction while reflecting local cultural relevance.
- Work closely with the Regional RAMET Hub team (Dubai) to ensure local execution aligns with regional strategic priorities, messaging and KPIs.
- Share market insights, local cultural trends and consumer and media feedback with the Regional Hub to shape strategy.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in PR, influencer marketing and communications.
- Clear understanding of digital media platforms (Tik Tok, Meta, You Tube).
- Experience managing budgets, contracts and campaign performance with ROI focus.
- Ability to develop creative solutions, respond fast and handle several projects at once.
- Strong communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in brand communication or integrated marketing roles.
- Experience with in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands preferred.
- Existing relationships with local media and/or influencers is highly advantageous.
