- Participates in the formulation and implementation of the Marketing department plans to ensure alignment with Dallah's overall objectives and business plans.
- Participate in the development of Marketing department policies, and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Marketing department by facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high performance standards.
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities.
- Organizing events for employees and their teams.
- Regularly collects feedback from others on personal performance.
- Demonstrates understanding of strengths and areas of development.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to learn and grow to keep their skill set relevant.
- Stays connected with important stakeholders and shares required information.
- Participating in the development of the quality of events and exhibitions by 90% through continuous work and coordination with relevant parties.
- 2 to 4 of experience in marketing and communication.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- Well-spoken Arabic / English.
- Saudi nationality is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Communication skills.
- Logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Data gathering and reporting.
- Self-motivated.
- Team player.
