Trade Marketing Coordinator; Saudization - KSA

We're hiring a Trade Marketing Coordinator for a local FMCG business in Jeddah as part of a Saudisation initiative. You'll work at the intersection of Sales + Marketing, helping drive visibility, availability, and growth through trade activations, exhibitions, POSM, and performance tracking.

This opportunity is open to Saudis only.

• Support the planning and execution of trade marketing strategies across retail and wholesale channels
• Coordinate trade shows and exhibitions (booth setup, logistics, registration, materials, on-ground support)
• Work with marketing to build trade campaigns that align with brand objectives and sales priorities
• Manage POSM and promotional materials (briefing, production, deployment, tracking)
• Conduct market research and audits: competitor activity, pricing, visibility, consumer insights
• Track performance: sales uplift, market share movement, campaign ROI, and create monthly updates
• Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, suppliers, and agencies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly expense tracking for trade activities

• Saudis (Saudisation requirement)
• 7+ years in Trade Marketing and/or Sales within FMCG
• Strong understanding of trade marketing fundamentals: promotions, visibility, execution, and measurement
• Confident with data and reporting you can turn numbers into clear actions
• Organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple activities at once
• Strong communication skills (you can work smoothly with sales teams, agencies, and partners)
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Comfortable travelling for events/exhibitions when needed
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel especially)
