Responsible for executing all on-ground and store-level marketing activities across the Western & Southern Region cluster. Acts as the field execution arm of the central marketing team, ensuring brand consistency, local activation quality, and effective communication between branches and marketing/Operation teams.

• Saudi National
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Valid driving license and ability to travel across assigned cities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in field marketing or retail operations (1-2 years)

• Experience in F&B or QSR industry
• Ability to manage influencers and partnerships
• Basic knowledge of reporting and analytics tools
• Photography or content creation skills

• Execute store-level marketing activities across all assigned cities and branches.
• Implement central marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches at branch level.
• Coordinate sampling, local activations, school and community partnerships.
• Support store branding, new locations updates, and placement of promotional materials.
• Coordinate and host influencer visits and local content opportunities when required.
• Maintain, update, and monitor Google Maps (Google Business Profile) listings for all branches in the region.
• Conduct regular branch visits to ensure execution quality and brand compliance.
• Track competitor activities and local market movements within the region.
• Provide structured weekly field reports, insights, and execution feedback.
• Act as the main marketing point of contact for regional branch managers.
