Overview

Job Title: Field Operations & Trade Marketing Coordinator.

Department: Sales / Trade Marketing.

The Field Operations & Trade Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing field force operations, trade marketing activities, in-store visibility, incentives, and reporting. The role ensures effective deployment of promoters, merchandisers, and supervisors while coordinating activations, POSM, events, and market intelligence reporting to support brand and sales objectives.

• Hiring and managing promoters (Permanent & Weekend), merchandisers, and supervisors
• Preparing job descriptions, attendance tracking, and salary sheets
• Setting monthly and seasonal sales targets and tracking performance vs. achievement
• Designing and closing incentive and tactical incentive programs
• Supporting POSM planning, deployment, and tracking
• Coordinating and supporting brand events (logistics, demos, hotels, lounges, transfers)
• Managing in-store sampling activities, budgets, and presentations
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering market activity, visibility, competitors, rebates, and assets

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (formulas, pivots; VBA is a plus)
• Analytical and reporting skills with strong attention to detail
• Power BI knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines effectively
