About The Role

TOPTATO is looking for a Creative Content Manager & Producer to lead content creation from concept to execution and performance analysis.

We are seeking a highly creative individual who can develop fresh content ideas, identify trends, lead content production, direct photoshoots, and create engaging social-first content that drives brand growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop monthly content strategies and content calendars.
Monitor and analyze trends across Tik Tok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
Generate innovative content concepts and campaigns.
Create scripts, content briefs, and production plans.
Lead and direct content production and photoshoots.
Guide models, photographers, and creative teams during shoots.
Propose new visual concepts, locations, sets, and creative directions.
Develop fresh ways to showcase products and collections.
Produce UGC-style and social-first content.
Review edits and ensure content quality.
Monitor content performance and optimize future outputs.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
Prepare performance reports and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, creative production, or social media content.
Previous experience in Fashion, Beauty, or Lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Tik Tok and Instagram content ecosystems.
Experience leading content shoots and creative productions.
Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to transform ideas into high-performing content.
Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
