MRSM is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media Executive to support the planning, creation, and execution of social media content across multiple hospitality, tourism, and lifestyle brands. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, hospitality, and digital marketing who enjoys working in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Working remotely on a part‑time basis, you will help manage content calendars, create engaging copy, coordinate creative assets, monitor performance, and ensure every piece of content reflects the client's brand identity and objectives.

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
• Write compelling captions and adapt tone of voice for different brands.
• Assist in developing monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and account managers to deliver content on time.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages where required, and elevate customer inquiries when needed.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Prepare monthly social media performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Support influencer collaborations and campaign execution.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all published content.
• Assist with community management and social listening.
• Perform basic photo and video editing when required using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably within hospitality, tourism, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Excellent Arabic & English writing skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Eurostaffs, Tik Tok, Facebook, and X.
• Experience with scheduling platforms such as Zoho Social, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Familiarity with Canva and basic Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

• Experience working in an agency environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality and luxury brand marketing.
• Experience creating short‑form video content for Reels and Tik Tok.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar for content ideation and workflow efficiency.

Practical Task:
Create one bilingual social media post (English & Arabic) promoting a luxury desert camp where the signature experience is stargazing.

Objective:
Your post should inspire people to experience a peaceful night under the desert sky while reflecting a premium, hospitality‑focused brand.

Requirements:
Write the post in both English and Arabic. Ensure both versions are original and naturally written (avoid direct word‑for‑word translation). Include an engaging opening, descriptive body, and a clear call to action. Add 3 relevant hashtags in both English and Arabic. Keep the total length suitable for an Instagram or Eurostaffs caption.
