Manager, Marketing ​/ Advertising ​/ PR

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across our e-commerce brands.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, You Tube Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and Snapchat Ads
, with a clear focus on performance, ROAS, customer acquisition, and scalable growth.

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
• Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram
• Google Ads
• You Tube Ads
• Tik Tok Ads
• Snapchat Ads
• Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets across multiple brands.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, and revenue

• Build and manage prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target acquisition costs.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the creative team and provide clear direction on which creatives, hooks, formats, and concepts are performing best.
• Track competitors, advertising trends, and new opportunities across digital platforms.
• Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution across all advertising channels.
• Manage pixels, tracking events, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform conversion tracking.
• Identify problems in the customer journey, landing pages, or checkout process that may negatively impact advertising performance.
• Support the growth of multiple e-commerce brands simultaneously.

• Proven hands‑on experience in performance marketing and paid media
  .
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
  .
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and You Tube Ads
  .
• Strong knowledge of Tik Tok Ads Manager
  .
• Strong knowledge of Snapchat Ads Manager
  .
• Experience managing significant e-commerce advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rate optimization
  .
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Tik Tok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, and conversion tracking
  .
• Experience with Shopify and/or other e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and make fast, performance‑driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of creative testing and how creative performance impacts paid media results.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian / GCC e-commerce market is highly preferred.
• Experience with beauty, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or FMCG brands is a plus.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of advertising performance
, understand the numbers, identify what is working, stop what is not working, and continuously find opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.

• The candidate should be highly analytical, proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple brands and advertising platforms at the same time.
