We are looking for a Marketing Director for a growing real estate development platform
.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a marketing professional who wants to shape the positioning and growth of a significant portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality developments across Saudi Arabia.
The role will focus on:- Developing and leading the overall marketing and brand strategy
- Positioning and launching large-scale real estate developments
- Leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, media and activations
- Driving customer insights, segmentation and go-to-market strategies
- Managing agencies, budgets and marketing performance
- Partnering closely with senior leadership, development, sales and commercial teams
- Building and strengthening the corporate and project-level brands
- 10 - 12 years of marketing experience
- Strong background in real estate, property development, hospitality, retail, luxury or other consumer-facing sectors
- Proven experience marketing large-scale projects or portfolios
- Strong expertise across brand, digital, communications and integrated marketing
