• Create and develop engaging content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Plan, shoot, and edit photos and short-form videos, Reels, and Stories.
• Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with the brand strategy.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and promotional copy.
• Cover events, workshops, classes, and brand activities through photo and video content.
• Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and design teams to execute content campaigns.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles.
• Manage and maintain a content calendar and ensure timely content delivery.
• Monitor content performance and provide ideas for improving engagement and reach.
• Ensure all content maintains a consistent visual identity and professional brand image.
• Assist in developing campaigns and promotional materials when required.

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in video and photo editing tools such as Cap Cut, Photoshop, or Adobe Premiere Pro & Canva.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and other social media platforms.
• Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of visual aesthetics.
• A portfolio showcasing previous content creation work is highly preferred.
• Experience in fashion, art, design, lifestyle, education, or creative industries.
• Ability to appear confidently on camera when required.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to independently develop content ideas from concept to execution.
