Assistant Brand Manager

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in Brand Management within the FMCG industry.

Brand management, marketing planning, consumer insights, campaign management, market research, digital marketing, media planning, project management, retail execution, PowerPoint, and data analysis. Responsibilities:

• Execute the annual brand marketing plan in line with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.
• Develop and implement consumer marketing initiatives based on market research and consumer insights.
• Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Coordinate with creative, media, digital, and research agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
• Manage new product development (NPD) activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute media plans while monitoring campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Partner with Trade Marketing to optimize brand visibility and execution across retail channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits and analyze retail audit data to recommend actionable improvements.
• Track brand performance, marketing KPIs, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints and marketing communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing objectives.
