Brand Manager

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team in Jeddah.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management within the cosmetics and beauty care industry, with a proven track record of developing brand strategies, managing marketing initiatives, strengthening brand positioning, and driving business growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager within the cosmetics and beauty care industry is a must.
• Strong understanding of the cosmetics and beauty care market, consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective brand strategies and marketing plans.
• Proven ability to manage product portfolios, brand positioning, and product launches.
• Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate brand performance, market opportunities, and campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Creative, self-driven, ambitious, and results oriented mindset.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
