Performance Marketing Trainee

The Growth & Performance Marketing Trainee will support Limo's Marketing & Growth team in driving rider demand, captain engagement, campaign performance and marketplace growth .

The trainee will work closely with Marketing, Operations and BI teams to transform daily marketplace data into actionable campaigns and growth initiatives targeting riders and captains.

This role is designed for a high-potential fresh graduate or cooperative trainee who is interested in growth marketing, analytics, digital campaigns and the ride-hailing/technology industry.

• Assist in planning and executing daily rider and captain growth campaigns.
• Support targeted campaigns to increase:
• New rider registrations
• First trips
• Repeated trips
• Completed trips
• Captain activity
• Trip acceptance
• Captain utilization
• Assist in designing promotional campaigns based on marketplace performance.
• Support campaigns targeting specific rider and captain segments.
• Monitor campaign results and identify what is working and what is not.
• Track key KPIs such as:
• Reach
• Imprission
• CPM
• CPC
• CTR

• Collect and organize daily marketing and marketplace data.
• Track key KPIs such as:
• New registrations
• Active riders
• Completed trips
• Trips per rider
• Trip acceptance rate
• Unique rider acceptance rate
• Active captains
• Drivers taking trips
• Captain utilization
• Cancellation rate
• Campaign conversion
• Prepare simple daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify unusual changes in performance and elevate them to the marketing/growth lead.
• Help compare performance by day, time, area, rider segment and captain segment .

• Assist in preparing targeted Push Notifications, SMS and Whats App campaigns.
• Support rider reactivation campaigns.
• Support campaigns targeting:
• New registered riders who have not completed a trip
• Riders who cancelled
• Riders who completed only one trip
• Inactive riders
• High-frequency riders
• Assist in captain engagement campaigns and incentives.

• Monitor competitor campaigns, pricing, promotions and customer acquisition activities.
• Maintain a simple competitor activity tracker.
• Identify opportunities that could improve Limo's marketplace performance.

• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, BI, Customer Service and Technology.
• Help translate operational problems into marketing/growth actions.
• Support campaign testing and measurement.

• Current university student or fresh graduate.
• Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Digital Marketing, MIS, Engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in numbers and business performance.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Analytical and curious.
• Can look at a table and ask: “Why did this number change?”
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Willing to learn CRM, analytics and marketing tools.
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Previous experience is not required .
