Medical Science Liaison

Department: Medical Affairs

We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs Department. The role is responsible for providing high-quality medical and scientific expertise, building strong scientific partnerships with Key External Experts (KEEs), and supporting scientific exchange within the assigned therapeutic area.

• Build, develop, and maintain strong scientific relationships with KEEs and healthcare professionals.
• Provide balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange on disease areas, products, and emerging clinical data.
• Act as a disease area expert and a key scientific resource for internal stakeholders.
• Support medical research activities including clinical trials, non interventional studies, and Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISSs).
• Deliver scientific presentations in both one on one and group settings.
• Support CME activities, advisory boards, and medical education initiatives.
• Provide actionable medical insights to internal teams, including Medical, Marketing, and Sales.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company.
• Mandatory experience: oncology therapeutic areas.
• Prior experience as an MSL: is an advantage.
• Strong scientific acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to build trusted scientific relationships.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment.
