Responsible for the implementation of Quality Documentation System, medical quality initiatives and assist quality team by providing support in quality assurance, continuous education, training, monitoring and audits based on national and international healthcare standards, quality enhancement and accreditation
Quality Management system- Share Development & implementation of Quality Documentation System, follow up its maintenance and outcome.
- Share Development & implementation of Quality Documentation System, follow up its maintenance and outcome.
- Work with team to initiating new Performance Improvement Projects for each department.
- Participate in all kinds of audits for Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, Risk Management, Clinical Governance, Patient Experience and Personnel Files.
- Participate in developing, Educating, Implementing, Benchmarking and monitoring all Quality Indicators as per the frequency.
- Assist in taking actions on the reports of all compliance surveys and regulatory authorities observations.
