QA​/QC Manager - ICT; KSA

Mannai Technologies is part of the Mannai Corporation and delivers advanced technology and ELV solutions across the region. As part of our expanding operations in Saudi Arabia, we are looking to hire an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities for ELV projects in KSA

The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing quality systems for ELV projects, ensuring all works comply with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards.

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and quality control processes for ELV projects.
• Ensure all ELV works comply with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks at site and with subcontractors.
• Review and approve method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure proper documentation and records for quality activities and handover.
• Support client inspections, audits, and final project handover.
• Monitor quality performance and report to management on quality KPIs.

• 10+ years of experience in QA/QC management, preferably in ELV or ICT projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ISO standards, and project quality requirements.
• Experience working on large-scale or complex ELV projects in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
