Quality Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality standards specifications and control systems across raw materials and production processes. Lead root cause analysis and resolution of customer complaints ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Oversee quality planning and ensure consistent product quality across all manufacturing lines. Establish and manage process mapping and statistical process control (SPC) across operations. Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards including ISO, HACCP and regulatory requirements.

Manage third-party audits and regulatory inspections ensuring full compliance and timely closure of action items. Oversee incoming material inspection, supplier quality and approval processes. Lead new product development quality validation and production line commissioning activities. Build and develop a high-performing QC team through training, coaching and performance management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality culture and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience in quality control within the food or FMCG industry
• 6+ years of non-managerial experience in food manufacturing or production environments
• Strong expertise in QC/QA, production processes, and quality systems within FMCG
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, BRC, HACCP, and Saudi regulatory standards
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, develop, and manage teams effectively
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English and strong computer skills, including SAP
• Arabic language skills and Saudi market experience highly preferred
