Key Responsibilities
  • Define, develop, and maintain project scope documentation, including WBS and scope management plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define deliverables, and align on project objectives.
  • Monitor and control project scope, identifying and assessing any changes or deviations.
  • Implement structured change control processes to ensure scope alignment with project goals.
Quality Control
  • Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Identify quality issues, nonconformances, and deviations, and drive timely resolution.
  • Review and approve deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and quality benchmarks.
Risk Management
  • Identify risks related to project scope and quality and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously monitor risks and proactively address potential issues.
  • Communicate risks, impacts, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including scope records and quality reports.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on scope performance, quality metrics, and compliance.
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and updates to project teams and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field).

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, quality control, or scope management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes, including cost control, WBS and schedule management, business process management.
  • Proven experience in scope management, quality assurance, and change control.
  • Experience working on capital projects, ideally within infrastructure, water, or wastewater sectors.
  • Familiarity with Primavera Unifier or similar project management tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder project environments.
