This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jiddah for a Quality Coordinator. The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and improving quality standards across healthcare operations. Daily tasks include conducting quality audits, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, coordinating quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The role also involves collaborating with teams and communicating findings effectively to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Management processes
- Experience in Quality Auditing and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and effective collaboration
- Ability to work on-site in Jiddah within a team-based environment
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement methodologies is a plus
