We are looking for an experienced Food Quality Control professional to ensure food safety and quality compliance across our QSR restaurant operations. The role focuses on conducting field audits, supporting restaurant teams through coaching and training, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Train, coach, and support restaurant teams on the company’s food safety systems, quality standards, and operational procedures.

Conduct regular food safety and quality audits across restaurant locations.

Monitor compliance with company standards and regulatory food safety requirements.

Implement and maintain Food Safety Management Systems and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and food safety documentation.

Monitor product quality throughout receiving, storage, preparation, and service operations.

Conduct food safety risk assessments covering biological, chemical, and physical hazards.

Investigate customer complaints and food safety incidents, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Nutrition, Biology, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in QSR industry.
HACCP Certification is required with strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and auditing practices.
Proven experience conducting field audits across multiple restaurant locations.
Experience in restaurant operations with the ability to coach and train operational teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills.
