Pastry Chef

Responsibilities

• Support bakery product trials, recipe testing, sample preparation, and product evaluation as needed
• Understand and apply product development requirements to new and existing items
• Evaluate samples for taste, texture, appearance, and quality before approval
• Coordinate with different departments (production, quality, procurement, marketing, etc.) to support product development processes
• Document trial results, recipes, and feedback clearly for internal use
• Work effectively within a corporate environment, following processes and timelines

Requirements

• Proven ability to support product trials, preparation, and evaluation
• Good understanding of product development requirements and processes
• Ability to work in a corporate environment and coordinate across departments
• Arabic speaker preferred;
  English speakers also considered if communication is clear
• Culinary/Bakery certification preferred, not mandatory
