Consultant, Data Analyst, Quality Assurance - QA​/QC

Responsible for ensuring the quality assurance activities at FCMS comply with quality standards set by the accreditation agencies

• Oversee the academic and administrative processes followed at FCMS and identifies quality improvement priorities
• Designs the quality assurance and quality control programs at various levels
• Prepares quality guidelines and training workshops for staff and students
• Guides to the implementation of quality improvement initiatives
• Reviews reports on the performance indicators and their improvement strategies
• Oversee the implementation of the Quality Strategic Plan and its progress reports and advice accordingly
• Advice on performance improvement according to agreed standards
• Monitors the implementation of the Quality Management System and reports the outcome
• Reports the quality assurance activities at FCMS to relevant bodies
• Guides the quality improvement projects in collaboration with the executive authorities
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job
