Role PurposeTo identify, assess, and recommend optimal locations that support the company's expansion objectives while ensuring compliance with operational standards, financial feasibility, and brand requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead site identification and evaluation through market research, demographics, competitor analysis, and traffic assessment. Conduct technical and commercial checks on accessibility, utilities, parking, structure, visibility, and compliance. Prepare feasibility studies, maintain site records, and track agreements. Coordinate with landlords, brokers, engineers, and internal teams to support negotiations and ensure smooth handover.
Technical & Functional ExpertiseUtilize market research tools and MS Office analytics to assess site performance and financial viability. Apply knowledge of lease terms, zoning regulations, and municipal processes to safeguard compliance. Manage documentation, timelines, and approval workflows while collaborating with architects and engineers on technical validation. Support negotiations and prepare professional presentations for management decision-making.
