Job Description

Job Summary: Assist in the preparation and cooking of hot food items under the supervision of senior kitchen staff. Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained according to company and HACCP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of hot dishes.
  • Follow recipes and standards to ensure consistency in food quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen at all times.
  • Properly store food items to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
  • Assist in receiving and checking deliveries.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Support senior chefs with mise-en-place and other kitchen tasks as required.
Desired Skill & Expertise

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
