The Chef De Partie will maintain high standards of all food preparation and service in their respective kitchen, ensuring quality, presentation, and timing align with Shangri-La’s standards.

• Reflect the Shangri-La Philosophy by providing top-quality service to customers and staff.
• Coordinate detailed restaurant, banquet, and food production tasks and supervise employees under his/her supervision.
• Monitor freshness, presentation, and temperature of food served.
• Ensure proper portioning, serving requisition, and supply control.
• Control timing during service to maintain high standards.
• Inspect food quality regarding taste and temperature.
• Maintain uniform visual appearance of all dishes, ensuring presentation and garnish meet standards.
• Implement portion control as per recipe cards and butchery tests to minimize waste and spoilage.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong English skills.
