Job Title: Barista
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Sin Less Hospitality Consulting is partnering with a prominent Food & Beverage group to recruit passionate and customer-focused Baristas to join an exciting café concept in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of coffee preparation, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks
• Ensure consistency in coffee taste, presentation, and service standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming guest experience
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and front-of-house areas
• Educate customers on menu offerings and recommend beverages based on preferences
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and supplies and report needs to management
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
• Support team members during peak service hours to ensure smooth operations

• Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred
• Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for coffee culture and hospitality excellence
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is a plus
