A modern Japanese restaurant focusing on sushi, premium hand rolls, and innovative onigiri. The concept is fast, fresh, creative, and inspired by Japanese craftsmanship with a modern twist.

• Lead sushi, hand roll, and onigiri production
• Maintain perfect rice preparation and seasoning
• Prepare sashimi and fish according to Japanese standards
• Create innovative fillings, sauces, and new menu items
• Train local staff in knife skills, hygiene, rolling techniques, and rice handling
• Ensure highest hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP level)
• Work with management on menu development and cost control
• Maintain consistency, speed, and presentation quality
• Participate in occasional content creation for social media (optional)

• 3–5 years in a sushi restaurant, izakaya, hotel sushi station, or onigiri shop
• Skilled in:
• Nigiri
• Sashimi
• Hand rolls (temaki)
• Maki / uramaki
• Onigiri shaping and production
• Good knife handling and sharpening
• Ability to lead a small team
• Basic English communication (not mandatory)
• Respectful, clean, and professional working attitude

• 6-day work week
• 9 hours per day including breaks
