• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to guests.
• Present menus, explain specials, and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Maintain impeccable table presentation and dining room standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with poise and discretion.
• Uphold the restaurant’s service standards, etiquette, and brand image.

• Previous experience in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette (or willingness to learn).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
