Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager for a full-time on-site role at our Jeddah location. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high food and beverage standards. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, customer relationship management, training and hiring team members, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, Daily Record Keeping, Maintenance Updates, Baladiya Compliance.

The role will involve contributing to optimized restaurant performance while maintaining a welcoming environment for both employees and guests.

• Demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive guest experiences.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with customers.
• Experience in Hiring and training staff to maintain a well-organized and proficient team.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage standards to maintain quality and compliance with industry regulations.
• Ability to manage operations efficiently, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Prior experience in a restaurant management role is preferred, with an emphasis on prioritizing teamwork and exceptional service.
• A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
