Chef, Meat Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meat dishes to consistently high quality standards.
• Select and utilize the most suitable cuts of meat for different menu items and cooking methods.
• Cook steaks and other meats accurately according to the requested level of doneness.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, presentation, and portioning.
• Maintain food quality while following food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
• Assist in maintaining efficient kitchen workflow and daily operations.
• Properly handle, store, and prepare meat products in accordance with food safety regulations.

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in meat preparation, grill, or steakhouse operations.
• Excellent knowledge of different meat cuts and their best culinary applications.
• Strong understanding of cooking temperatures and levels of doneness (rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, and well done).
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
• Priority will be given to candidates currently located in Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif.
• Must be available for a mandatory 1‑day practical skills test.
