- ᴧCollect control form, staff expenses, stock taking, souk out of stock form from our counter.
- ᴧImplementation of the new procedures (Hygiene, planogram, new products, price board, promotion, material)
- ᴧDaily store visits
- ᴧFollow up of the LPO done by the souk.
- ᴧDaily communication with supervisor and section manager of our client
- ᴧMake sure that the promotion of the week is implemented.
- ᴧDaily follow up of the staff (transfer between stores, staff scheduling etc )
- ᴧEnsure proper implementation of hygine procedures
- ᴧStock follow up (warehouse + counter)
- ᴧStock taking once per month.
- ᴧMarket survey twice per month,
- ᴧStaff training to every visit.
- ᴧImplement the instruction from the Key Account Manager
- ᴧCollect the sales report and invoice from our client.
