Visual Merchandising Manager- Luxury Retail

place maker is hiring on behalf of a leading luxury beauty & fragrance brand known for its iconic retail experiences across the region. As the brand continues to expand its footprint in Saudi Arabia, we’re looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to join the team in Jeddah, KSA.

This role will shape how the brand appears across stores, department stores, and large-scale activations, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the highest standards of luxury, craftsmanship, and visual storytelling.

• Lead the end-to-end visual merchandising function across KSA, ensuring retail environments consistently reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Translate global VM guidelines into market-relevant executions and ensure seamless rollouts across all store formats.
• Drive the planning and delivery of seasonal launches, brand animations, podiums, and special retail events.
• Partner with regional teams on store openings, refurbishments, and layout enhancements.
• Provide training and ongoing support to field teams to elevate VM standards and retail execution.
• Oversee store maintenance related to visual displays, ensuring all doors remain aligned with brand expectations.
• Champion sustainability-focused VM practices, including reuse, responsible production, and compliant disposal methods.
• Manage VM budgets, monitor spending, and optimize production costs without compromising quality.
• Lead and mentor a growing VM team, ensuring strong performance, alignment, and collaboration.
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, retail partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

• 5-7 years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within luxury, beauty, cosmetics, or premium retail environments.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with confidence managing budgets and reporting.
• Ability to interpret design guidelines, technical drawings, and store layouts.
• Strong creative sensibility paired with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, solutions-driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch Up or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required for this role.
