Position OverviewThe Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for implementing Floor and Shelf Layout Plans in assigned branches.
Responsibilities Floor Layout- Arrange and/or re-arrange display fixtures (Wall Units, Gondolas, etc.) according to latest Floor Plan.
- Utilize company-provided (Shelvz ®) Merchandising Management Software at all times as per required standard procedures.
- Submit reports via Shelvz or any means of communication if unavailable.
- Report to direct superior any issues that hamper quality of execution.
- Arrange and/or re-arrange items (products) displayed on fixtures according to latest released planograms.
- Clean and ensure all items (products) are presentable and in good condition before displaying on fixtures.
- Report to branch superiors or employees if any fixture(s) needing thorough cleaning.
- Effectively and timely accomplish “extra-missions” whenever assigned one.
- Conduct OOS / Inventory Reports of Private Label products as needed.
- Minimum High school graduate.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Merchandising.
- Merchandising, Basic Arithmetic (Math), Computer Skills a plus.
