• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales or a customer service role
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if required
