Junior Retail & Channel Marketing Executive – Saudi Arabia
Dreame is looking for a proactive Junior Retail & Channel Marketing Executive to support the execution and development of the brand’s retail presence across Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on retail marketing execution, POSM production, branding follow-up, and channel marketing activities with retail and e-commerce partners.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing marketing execution across retail environments.
Role OverviewThis position is responsible for ensuring brand consistency and visibility across all retail touchpoints, including physical stores, pop‑ups, and partner e‑commerce platforms. The executive will manage production timelines, coordinate with suppliers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality brand assets.
Key Responsibilities Retail Marketing Execution- Follow up on the production and execution of all retail branding and visibility materials
- Coordinate implementation of brand areas, shop‑in‑shops, pop‑ups, displays, and retail activations
- Ensure brand guidelines and execution quality are maintained across all retail locations
- Conduct regular retail visits and execution follow‑ups
- Coordinate production and deployment of POSM materials
- Work closely with suppliers, production agencies, and mall/retail management teams
- Follow up on timelines, installations, deliveries, and execution quality
- Support development of retail marketing assets and branding materials
- Support marketing activities with retail and online channel partners
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, visibility plans, and co‑marketing activities
- Assist in planning launch activities, seasonal campaigns, and mega sale activations
- Coordinate with e‑commerce and retail teams for campaign execution
- Support the planning and execution of retail events, pop‑ups, mall activations, exhibitions, and product launches
- Coordinate with suppliers, venues, mall management, and production agencies for event setup and logistics
- Assist in managing timelines, branding production, permits, and on‑ground execution
- Ensure high‑quality brand visibility and customer experience during activations
- Support post‑event reporting, photo documentation, and execution recap
- Prepare retail execution reports and campaign summaries
- Track marketing assets, timelines, and store implementation status
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams
- 2–4 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, channel marketing, or production coordination
- Experience in POSM production and retail execution is preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and timelines
- Native Arab and Fluent in English
- Experience in consumer electronics or retail industries is a plus
- Detail‑oriented with strong execution skills
- Comfortable with field visits and retail follow‑up
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Passion for branding and retail experience execution
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
