As part of the KSA sales team the primary role of this position is to maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achieve distribution targets, implement agreed merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable and maintain high levels of customer service. The Key Account Executive will be required to attend training courses designed to improve levels of professionalism and customer service, and complete a daily debriefing with his pre-sellers.

Accountabilities

  • Abide by all OT Procedures and Policies
  • Abide by Stales Policy and manage its budget 0–2 of his Stores Sales
  • Follow Stock and Order tool upon doing PO's and make sure no overstocking dumping happens
  • Visit Stores as per agreed Journey plan to do PO's as per schedule
  • Manage short‑dated stock by taking necessary actions based on monthly freshness report
  • Do monthly reconciliation with the Stores
  • Collect all dues on time by following Collection Process
  • Build excellent relation with Section Managers and Stores Managers
  • Achieve monthly store targets as per agreed weekly phasing
  • Search for and create opportunities to develop Customer Business to higher level
  • Confirm Statement of Accounts with customers on quarterly basis
  • Report against any competitive activity, initiative, new products etc.
  • Ensure all weekly activities are implemented on time as per communicated plan
  • Ensure all CDA and rented visibilities are implemented inside Stores
  • Send all agreed updates on time
  • Manage Merchandisers through daily meeting, coaching and supervising them
  • Ensure Merchandisers are visiting stores as per agreed journey plan and back‑check audit all their jobs
  • Ensure SSFL Execution inside Stores are in excellent conditions outperforming all other snacks players
  • Maintain a good, presentable and professional look to reflect SSFL image
