Position:
Senior Sales - Saudis only
To lead sales excellence within the boutique by driving commercial performance, developing client relationships, coaching team members, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving business objectives while maintaining exceptional luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Leadership- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Lead by example through exceptional sales performance.
- Support the team in achieving boutique sales objectives.
- Identify business opportunities and sales growth initiatives.
- Assist in maximizing sales conversion and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value and VIP clients.
- Develop clienteling initiatives to increase repeat business.
- Monitor CRM activities and support team utilization of CRM tools.
- Ensure accurate and timely client data updates.
- Lead client outreach activities and follow-up campaigns.
- Support onboarding and coaching of new team members.
- Share product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing guidance to Sales Executives.
- Assist Store Manager in monitoring team performance.
- Promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Support daily boutique operations and opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and boutique guidelines.
- Monitor visual merchandising standards.
- Support inventory accuracy and stock handling procedures.
- Assist in maintaining operational readiness at all times.
- Ensure delivery of exceptional luxury client experiences.
- Support resolution of customer concerns and service recovery situations.
- Act as a role model in customer engagement and relationship building.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3–5 years luxury retail experience.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience dealing with VIP clients.
- Strong CRM and clienteling skills.
- Fluent English;
Arabic preferred.
