The Senior Style Advisors transform the store visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience. As Brand Ambassadors, they engage the customers in the discovery of our heritage through stories and create an atmosphere of passion and enthusiasm for the Zegna collections. They build lasting relationships with each customer, starting with a warm welcome, the rituals of the selling ceremony, and the highest level of service.
They serve as trusted advisors of fashion and style, offering the most sophisticated and personalized service. Their role is central to safeguarding the growth and longevity of the Zegna brand.
- Manage Customer Relationships and Customer Service during and after the sale
- Develop deep knowledge of the Zegna collections to advise customers on styling and total looks
- Contribute to store Visual & Image
- Maximize sales through retail operational excellence
- Provide memorable luxury in-store customer service experience by following the Zegna Selling Flow and acting in accordance with the Zegna Mindset.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset in developing the business.
- Consistently and effectively network to attract new customers and develop a customer database.
- Consult with customers to discover their needs through exploring preferences and occasions.
- Anticipate customers' expressed and unexpressed needs and respond appropriately to exceed expectations.
- Create opportunities for customers to experience multiple Zegna brands, products and total looks through personalized mix and match options.
- Promote Zegna Su Misura (Made-to-Measure) service as part of the selling repertoire where appropriate.
- Utilize company provided technology to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Leverage Zegna Stories to support and enhance the selling ceremony.
- Collect useful and accurate customer data in accordance with CRM procedures.
- Cultivate future customer connections with Zegna through after sales activities.
- Use CRM software as the primary tool for after sales communication.
- Take ownership of resolving customer issues or complaints with empathy while adhering to customer service policies.
- Develop progressively in depth knowledge of products, craftsmanship, fabrics, made to measure and style evolution and translate knowledge into customer benefits.
- Advise customers on styling by providing dressing and fashion advice regarding color coordination, textures, patterns, silhouette, proportions and functionality.
- Solicit customer feedback on products and collections and feed ideas back to the Store Manager.
- Keep up to date on store stock and adjust selling techniques to maximize sell through.
- Perform garment fitting and alteration measurements for ready to wear to achieve perfect fit.
- Understand required standards of Su Misura service and take on in store specialist role when assigned.
- Maintain consistently high standards of personal grooming in accordance with uniform and grooming guidelines.
- Follow product and gift packaging standards to ensure luxury and quality image.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment and product displays.
- Ensure in store visual merchandising adheres to guidelines and propose improvements.
- Support visual merchandising set up of windows and displays and take on specialist role when assigned.
- Actively communicate customer, product and other store information within the team.
- Support orientation of new staff by acting as learning coach or buddy when assigned.
- Train other team members on new products as assigned.
- Maintain good teamwork to enhance morale and create an enthusiastic sales environment.
- Measure own performance using sales KPIs such as cross selling ratio, conversion rate and average sales bill.
- Work with the team to execute action plans to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Propose service, product, visual and operational improvements to help the team overcome selling challenges.
- Adhere to store operations and time and attendance policies and standards.
- Follow directions of the Store Manager on operational tasks such as stock room, inventory, cashiering, reporting and guest beverage service.
- Adhere to company policies and rules in daily work.
- High school qualification
- 4 to 6 years' retail sales or customer service experience.
